PBWU invites you to participate in our bidding opportunities. For your convenience, PBWU has an e-procurement software system which will allow for the submittal and receipt of bids, electronically. If your company would like to request a bid packet to be mailed to you, please, contact the purchasing department at the number below.
The City reserves the right to accept part or all of any specific bid or bids, and to accept any bid with or without trade-in. The City further reserves the right to reject all bids, or part or all of any specific bid or bids.
PBWU, in its selection process, will evaluate all contractors based on their past performance and previous work history.
